YG133B/M Yarn Evenness Tester is based on the platform of virtual instrument structure. It’s a versatile and high performance testing instrument for the textile laboratory. It can be used to test evenness of yarns, roving slivers which are spun with cotton, wool,flax and short synthetic fiber.It is very important for improving and assuring quality of yarns.
Main functions as follows:
●To calculate coefficient of variation(CV%) and irregularity (U%) of the mass variations of yarn rovings and slivers;
●To measure the relative count of sample (RC)
●To count the numbers of the thin placesthick places and neps; To draw the diagram of sample;
●To draw the spectrogramand it can reflect the periodical variation of the tested sample;
●To measure deviation rate threshold curve
●To determinate variance- length curve
●To test linear density-frequency distribution curve;
●To offer visible and delicate diagram analysisand have the functions of inert test/half inert test;
●Above results can be displayed on the PC screenand can be printed by suitable printer;
●The items of print report is optionalflexible zooming to suit for different paper size;
●With optional statistics analysisit can print out all kinds of statisticsreports.
Note: when using data,spectrogram,unevenness curvevariation -length curve, deviation ratio curve and line density frequency curve tested by the tester, refer to data of Uster Statistics 2001 to analyze and evaluate the yarn quality
Note: To make sure the test accuracyshould balance the sample for 24h~48h in accordance with specified temperature and humidity in ASTM D1425-1996,ISO16549:2004 and GB/T3292-1997
