Digital Plastic Charpy Izod Impact Tester, mainly used for hard plastic, reinforced nylon, glass steel, ceramics, cast stone, electrical insulation materials and other non-metallic materials. Plastic pendulum impact tester charpy / Charpy IZOD impact tester ISO 180 ISO179 ASTM D256.
Application areas:
Digital Plastic Charpy Izod Impact Tester, mainly used for hard plastic, reinforced nylon, glass steel, ceramics, cast stone, electrical insulation materials and other non-metallic materials, the determination of impact toughness. Chemical industry, research institutes, universities, quality inspection departments, laboratories and other specialized manufacturers ideal test equipment. Plastic pendulum impact tester charpy / Charpy IZOD impact tester ISO 180 ISO179 ASTM D256.
Working principle:
With a known energy pendulum once hit the vertical cantilever supported specimen, measuring the energy absorbed by the specimen damage, the impact line to the sample holder for a fixed distance, for the notched specimen, the impact line to the notch center line is Fixed distance. The testing machine is a pendulum type and consists of main components such as pendulum, specimen holder, energy indicator and body, which can show the impact energy absorbed by the specimen in the process of damage.
The term:
Unnotched test specimen Izod impact strength: Notched test specimen in the cantilever impact, damage energy absorbed during the test and the original cross-sectional area ratio, expressed in KJ / m2.
Notched specimen Izod impact strength: Notched specimen in the process of Izod impact damage absorbed by the impact energy and the specimen in the gap at the original cross-sectional area ratio, expressed in KJ / m2.
