This BN-8627 Corrugated paperboard Concora medium fluter is used for sample preparation for concora medium test (CMT) and corrugated crush test (CCT). It is specially used for making standard corrugating samples which used to determinate of flat crush strength of corrugated paper when pressed standard waveform. Principle:

Standard samples of 150 to 160 x 12.7 mm ± 0.1 mm are prepared and having prefixed theworking temperature in the Grooving Machine to 177 ºC between the corrugating discs, thesample is introduced through the upper inlet in the vertical model and front in the horizontalmodel, and after forming the corrugated sample is collected carefully, so as not to transfer moisture with your hands.
