Application:
XNR-400E Melt Flow Index is used for determination of melt flow rate properties of thermoplastic (such as PE, PP, POM, ABS, PC, nylon and Fluor plastics, etc) under high temperature, according to test methods of GB/T3682, ISO1133, ASTM D1238 test standard. It is widely supplied to the production factory and science and research institute.
Features:
- Multi-stage (2-stage) temperature control method, 2 sets of platinum resistance sensors, 2 heating jackets for separate temperature control, high-precision intelligent PID control, and adjustable heating slope or heating speed
- The temperature resolution is 0.1°C, the temperature uniformity is 0.5°C, the temperature fluctuation within 24 hours does not exceed 0.5°C, and the displacement sensor resolution is 0.01mm.
- Temperature over-temperature protection device
- Integrated with manual and automatic cutting, the cutting time (0~999) and cutting times (0~999) can be set arbitrarily
- When testing, you can choose the mass method, or the volume method, or both test methods at the same time, and the flow rate ratio can be calculated. Both methods start the test when the piston rod moves to a certain position.

- High-precision touch screen controller, 7-inch touch screen, can store and print the latest test conditions and data, test print menu settings include test time (system default), operator, material name, test method, test conditions (temperature, weights, cutting time interval), test result data
- Reserve the RS232 interface or USB interface to connect to the computer, you can control the operation of the instrument through the computer and transfer and save the test data to the computer.
- The weight can be manually loaded or the ball screw can be driven by a stepping motor to automatically control the top-loaded weight to rise or fall
