High Temperature Rotary Brinell Viscometer for measuring viscosity of paraffin, hot melt adhesive, asphalt, polymer and other fluids.

The high temperature rotary viscometer can measure the viscosity of solid materials at room temperature, which become fluid after being heated at high temperature, such as hot melt adhesive, asphalt, paraffin wax, polyethylene wax and other high temperature molten materials. With the advantages of accurate, fast, intuitive and simple measurement, the instrument is recommended by the adhesive industry standard compilation and selected by customers in related industries.

The difficulty in measuring the viscosity of the high-temperature fluid to be measured after melting is that during the high temperature control, accurate temperature stability must be maintained continuously, so as to ensure that the measured experimental data are meaningful and the test results between samples are consistent.

The specially designed heating furnace can solve this problem and provide customers with a stable and accurate sample temperature testing environment. With the inherent high precision of the viscometer, the measured results are not only accurate, but also have good linearity.
